Sun a world-renowned motivational speaker, he does much more

of Dr. Sun's work. These experiences reshaped

Turkey. In addition to his professional work and research, Praeger
published Dr. Sun's second book titled
Inside the Chinese Business Mind: A Tactical Guide for Managers
in
early 2010, due to the success of the first publication -
Survival Tactics. Currently, Dr. Sun has appointments at 8
different universities that stretch across the world from Southern
New Hampshire University in the east to Argosy University in the
west. It also stretches across the world from the Far East (CBIT in
Beijing, China) to the south Atlantic (University of Virgin
Islands). Recently, Dr. Sun’s work has led him to being appointed as
a key leader for the School of Business with the
SMC University (Swiss Management) to develop the most innovative
business programs for the world. Professionally, he guides/consults
leaders on thriving in the tough economic times, reducing workplace
stress, conducting organizational analysis, developing human
capital, managing change, and building organizational learning
systems. Dr. Sun designs and facilitates leadership development

along with many graduate courses at international universities in
